Humpty Dumpty

We have been thinking about the nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty.  We have cooked with eggs and made yummy eggy bread.  We have sequenced the rhyme, made brick walls and found out about life cycles of different animals that lay eggs.

Sound Start

We have been learning about sounds in Primary One.  We listen to a story about each sound, as well as learn a song, play games on the Interactive Board, and draw the sound in the air with our magic fingers.  Sometimes we make things to help us remember each sound.  For the a sound we used apples to make prints and for the p sound we made pink and purple parrots.
